1. Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear and Footwear categories.
2. Collaborate with the Global Merchandising team to develop guidelines for RTW, footwear, bust forms, and window displays, ensuring strategic alignment and consistency.
3. Align with Campaign and Marketing Communications to curate seasonal bust looks for in-store displays and window animations.
4. Coordinate showroom setups for press presentations and Buying Sessions, effectively communicating collection narratives.
5. Plan and execute global in-store launches, ensuring alignment with worldwide VM best practices and campaign direction.
6. Manage seasonal collection activations, ensuring consistent implementation across all touchpoints.
7. Demonstrate agility and adaptability in response to evolving business needs, supporting growth and maintaining operational excellence.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in the luxury retail market, specifically in Visual Merchandising.

1. Aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and crafts.
2. Meticulous attention to detail to uphold the brand's excellence standards.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
