Loewe Visual Merchandising Manager - Ready-to-Wear & Shoes

- Lead the Visual Merchandising strategy for Ready-to-Wear and Footwear categories.
- Collaborate with the Global Merchandising team to develop guidelines for RTW, footwear, bust forms, and window displays.
- Align with Campaign and Marketing Communications to produce seasonal bust looks for in-store displays and window animations.
- Coordinate and execute showroom setups for press presentations and Buying Sessions.
- Plan and execute global in-store launches, ensuring alignment with worldwide VM best practices.
- Manage seasonal collection activations in alignment with regional markets.
- Demonstrate agility in response to evolving business needs.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising within the luxury retail market.
- Aesthetic sensibility and intellectual curiosity for fashion, culture, arts, and crafts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
Minimum 10 years of experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the luxury sector.
