- Oversee visual merchandising responsibilities across Retail and Wholesale locations, aligning with the brand's strategic vision.
- Execute VM and company guidelines, implementing business-driving strategies and enhancing store experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to drive business results while maintaining brand aesthetics.
- Plan, organize, and execute VM guidelines through product placement, window installations, and mannequin styling.
- Adapt displays based on store architecture and local business trends.
- Analyze business results to develop creative VM strategies that drive regional and zone business.
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching and feedback, ensuring brand standards are maintained.
- Support cross-functional partners with brand initiatives such as store openings, pop-ups, and client activations.
- Communicate with global and zone VM teams, providing feedback and recaps on displays.
- Manage and maintain VM props, handling requests, repairs, and replacements.
- Lead and develop a direct report through regular coaching and professional development.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, including management experience.
- Excellent understanding of Visual Merchandising principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail in display composition, balance, and color palette.
- Strong interest in fashion, design, and art with beneficial photography skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience in people management.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and solve problems effectively.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse audiences, including global executives and retail teams.
- Capability to plan and manage large-scale projects across multiple locations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varied retail schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, both domestically and internationally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Foreign language skills in Spanish or French are beneficial.
A minimum of 5 years in Visual Merchandising, with management experience preferred.
