- Plan and execute educational programs in collaboration with the US Training Director to enhance brand equity and client experience.
- Analyze existing content, identify learning opportunities, and create relevant content to meet market business needs.
- Upskill store teams across all product categories.
- Conduct and reinforce training for store managers and client advisors on client experience, selling techniques, product collections, brand history, and storytelling.
- Collaborate on the onboarding process for new hires to ensure content is relevant and impactful.
- Assist in localizing training initiatives from the central retail academy team.
- Develop, track, and monitor store visits to support key regional initiatives.
- Manage and track all e-learning platforms for the respective market.
- Develop and follow up on needs analysis and action plans related to mystery shops and client experience surveys.
- Mentor existing store managers within the market.
- Create training tools to enhance clienteling performance and track success through business KPIs.
- Deliver in-store training for wholesale accounts on new collections and brand awareness.
- Host quarterly new hire inductions for retail, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
- Assist with training for new store openings, covering product, brand, operations, CRM, client experience, and VM training.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to deliver market-relevant content.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferable.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong retail background with a passion for educational training.
- Experience with a multi-channel business model.
- Ability to travel over 60% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build consensus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of the competitive luxury market and craftsmanship techniques.
- Ability to manage departmental budgets and process expense reports.
- Capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
The compensation for this position ranges from $95,000 to $115,000 annually, with potential bonus opportunities.
