Loewe Trainer

- Plan and execute all educational programs in collaboration with the US Training Director to enhance brand equity and client experience.
- Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to develop and implement training programs.
- Support strategic priorities in CRM and operations through cross-functional collaboration.
- Conduct in-store trainings for wholesale accounts on new collections, collaborations, and brand awareness.
- Work with the Training Director to promote a unified company mindset through training tools and programs.
- Identify local training needs and create action plans to drive measurable growth in key business KPIs.
- Host quarterly new hire inductions for retail, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up to build skills and knowledge.
- Assist with new store opening trainings, focusing on product, brand, operations, CRM, client experience, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the Training Director and local CRM team to develop and deliver content to the retail network.
- Complete reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks to fulfill the role.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferable.
- Highly motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong retail background with a passion for educational training.
- Experience in a multi-channel business model.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel over 60% of the time.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant field, with a strong background in retail and educational training.
