1. Plan and execute all educational programs in collaboration with the US Training Director to enhance brand equity and client experience.
2. Collaborate with retail and wholesale partners to develop and implement training programs.
3. Support strategic priorities in CRM and operations through cross-functional collaboration.
4. Conduct in-store trainings for wholesale accounts on new collections, collaborations, and brand awareness.
5. Work with the Training Director to promote a unified company mindset through training tools and programs.
6. Identify local training needs and create action plans to drive measurable growth in key business KPIs.
7. Host quarterly new hire inductions for retail, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up to build skills and knowledge.
8. Assist with new store opening trainings, focusing on product, brand, operations, CRM, client experience, and visual merchandising.
9. Collaborate with the Training Director and local CRM team to develop and deliver content to the retail network.
10. Complete reporting, data analysis, and administrative tasks to fulfill the role.

1. Fluency in English; additional language skills are preferable.
2. Highly motivated with the ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks.
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build consensus.
4. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
5. Strong retail background with a passion for educational training.
6. Experience in a multi-channel business model.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
8. Ability to travel over 60% of the time.
