1. Meet or exceed monthly and yearly sales objectives to drive business growth.
2. Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service and build enduring client relationships.
3. Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
4. Effectively use CRM tools to gather and utilize customer data for personalized engagement.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive workplace environment.
6. Ensure sales floor and stockroom organization according to company standards.
7. Contribute to the visual presentation of products in line with LOEWE's standards.
8. Uphold LOEWE's image standards and guidelines.
9. Adhere to company policies and procedures.
10. Accurately record customer information in the database.
11. Promote store events through various communication channels.
12. Maintain an organized client book and initiate regular client contact.
13. Address client-related issues, including shipping and alterations.
14. Participate in general housekeeping and store image maintenance.
15. Support shipping, receiving, and inventory control as needed.

1. Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail environment.
2. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building strong customer relationships.

2. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
3. Strong organizational skills and follow-through.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
5. Adaptability to dynamic and fast-paced environments.
6. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
7. Foreign language knowledge is advantageous.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.

$20 - $25 hourly, based on skills and experience.
