- Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, contributing to the store's growth.
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service, fostering long-term client relationships.
- Achieve individual Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets through superior customer service.
- Utilize CRM tools to collect and leverage customer data for personalized engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance team dynamics and workplace environment.
- Maintain organization of sales floor and stockroom according to company standards.
- Contribute to visual merchandising in line with LOEWE's presentation standards.
- Uphold brand image and adhere to company policies and guidelines.
- Accurately record customer information in the database.
- Promote store events through various communication channels.
- Maintain and manage a detailed client book, ensuring regular client interaction.
- Address client issues promptly, including shipping and alterations.
- Participate in general housekeeping and store maintenance.
- Support inventory control and shipping/receiving processes.
- Over three years of luxury fashion sales experience in a retail setting.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of three years in luxury fashion sales within a retail environment.
$20 - $25 hourly, based on skills and experience.
