1. Assist management with daily team coordination.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the Store Manager's absence.
3. Open and close the store when the Store Manager is unavailable.
4. Support the Store Manager in training and coaching the team.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with clients to build long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book using company tools.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE standards.
12. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in the store.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
