1. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
2. Assist Store Manager with day-to-day management of sales team.
3. Act as Manager on Duty in absence of Store Manager and/or Store Operations Manager.
4. Lead by example on sales floor and mentor staff on standard processes.
5. Keyholder responsibilities, including opening and closing duties.
6. Ensure sales team enhances downtime and completes tasks to LOEWE standards.
7. Maintain store's visual merchandising standards in partnership with Store Director and Store Operations Manager.
8. Conduct weekly meetings with Client Advisor team to review sales projections and provide mentorship.
9. Resolve conflicts confidently, both internal and external.
10. Assist sales team's clients when necessary.
11. Lead executives, VIPs, and VICs through the store, discussing artwork, collections, and company business.
12. Collaborate with BOH team to ensure consignments are accurately managed.
13. Complete all paperwork and procedures related to consignments, distance orders, and stylist agreements.
14. Meet individual and store sales goals, bringing strong personal business to LOEWE Short Hills.
15. Support Store Management in deploying training to all Client Advisors.
16. Liaise with Visual Merchandising team to follow global VM guidelines.
17. Provide coaching, training, and feedback to ensure consistent product knowledge and visual standards.
18. Adapt visual merchandising based on store requirements and market trends.
19. Support in-store events, windows, special projects, and installations.
20. Report biweekly to line manager and VM team.

1. 5+ years’ experience in a retail environment.
2. 2+ years’ experience in a supervisor or department manager role.
3. Proven experience in driving positive customer interactions.

1. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
2. Excellent organizational skills.
3. Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Minimum of 3 years in a retail environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

The compensation for this position ranges from $27-$30 hourly, dependent on relevant skills and experience.
