- Assist management with daily team oversight and operations.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store management.
- Open and close the store when management is unavailable.
- Support management in delivering training and coaching to staff.
- Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
- Share and exemplify the brand's history and heritage with team and clients.
- Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain a client book, updating information regularly.
- Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
- Maintain product organization and security in both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Experience in a similar retail role.
- Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Experience leading a diverse and dynamic team.
