Loewe Team Leader

1. Assist management with daily team coordination.
2. Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store when management is unavailable.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to build long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information as needed.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
12. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in both front and back of house.
13. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.

6. Fluency in English; German, Dutch, or French is a plus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail role.
