1. Assist management with day-to-day team coordination.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Deliver training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Highlight product categories to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book using company tools.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE’s standards.
12. Maintain products efficiently and securely, both front and back of house.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
3. Experience leading a diverse, dynamic team.
4. Fluent in French and English.
