1. Assist management with daily team oversight.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in management's absence.
3. Open and close the store when management is unavailable.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with clients to foster long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating information as needed.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE standards.
12. Maintain product organization and cleanliness in all store areas.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Experience in a similar retail role.
