Loewe Team Leader

- Support Store Management with daily coordination, acting as Manager on Duty in their absence.
- Open and close the store in the absence of Management and ensure operational readiness.
- Lead, coach and deliver training to the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional client service: welcome, advise, upsell and develop long-term relationships.
- Develop and maintain a personal client book and ensure accurate client data entry in company systems.
- Drive product knowledge across categories to promote cross-selling and increase average transaction value.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain presentation standards according to LOEWE guidelines.
- Support inventory control and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks to maintain stock accuracy and organisation.
- Model company standards in grooming, conduct and brand storytelling to both team and clients.
- Minimum three years' experience in luxury or premium retail with supervisory responsibilities.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and develop a diverse sales team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commercial orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, multitask and manage store routines.
- Fluency in Chinese, English and Italian to service an international client base.

Minimum 3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail, including demonstrated supervisory or team-leading experience; previous involvement in store openings and clienteling preferred.
