Loewe Team Leader

1. Assist the Management with day-to-day management of the team.
2. Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of Management.
3. Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of Management.
4. Support Management with delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Be an exceptional team player consistently achieving individual and team objectives.
6. Provide an exceptional customer service experience to each client.
7. Exemplify and share the brand history and heritage with the team and clients.
8. Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant company tools.
11. Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives of the store.
12. Actively participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s visual standards.
13. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
14. Support with inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
15. Follow the company’s policies and procedures including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Experience within a similar retail role.
2. A deep interest in Fashion, Art, and Culture.
3. Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.

1. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
2. Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at their best.
3. Effective communication skills with the sensitivity to build and maintain a client book.
4. Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
5. Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
6. Fluent in English.

Minimum 3 years in a similar retail role.
