1. Assist management with day-to-day team management.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management with delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives as an exceptional team player.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information.
11. Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to store objectives.
12. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe’s standards.
13. Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized.
14. Support with inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
15. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.

1. Experience within a similar retail role.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.
