Loewe Team Leader

- Assist management with day-to-day team management.
- Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
- Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
- Support management with delivering training and coaching to the team.
- Achieve individual and team objectives as an exceptional team player.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
- Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
- Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and grow a client book, updating client information.
- Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to store objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe’s standards.
- Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized.
- Support with inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and grooming standards.
- Experience within a similar retail role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at their best.
- Effective communication skills with sensitivity to build and maintain a client book.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset, maintaining a team player attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Fluent in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.
