1. Assist management with daily team oversight and operations.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of store management.
3. Open and close the store when management is unavailable.
4. Deliver training and coaching to team members.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting client relationships.
7. Share brand history and product knowledge with team and clients.
8. Engage in cross-selling and upselling.
9. Maintain an organized and secure store environment.
10. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
11. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
12. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
