1. Assist management in the daily oversight of the team.
2. Act as Manager on Duty during management's absence.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives as an exceptional team player.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share and exemplify the brand's history and heritage with the team and clients.
8. Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information on company tools.
11. Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
12. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's visual standards.
13. Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized, both front and back of house.
14. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
15. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Experience within a similar retail role.
2. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
3. Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.

3. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client book.

6. Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail role.
