Loewe Team Leader

- Assist management in the daily oversight of the team.
- Act as Manager on Duty during management's absence.
- Open and close the store in the absence of management.
- Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
- Achieve individual and team objectives as an exceptional team player.
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
- Share and exemplify the brand's history and heritage with the team and clients.
- Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
- Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
- Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information on company tools.
- Participate and collaborate in all activities contributing to the store's objectives.
- Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's visual standards.
- Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, securely, and organized, both front and back of house.
- Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.
- Experience within a similar retail role.
- Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
- Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at their best.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
- Results-driven with a commercial mindset while maintaining a team player attitude.
- Flexible, adaptable, and collaborative approach to work.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail role.
