1. Assist management with day-to-day team oversight.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Develop long-lasting client relationships.
10. Maintain and update client information.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE standards.
12. Maintain product organization and security in-store.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, grooming, and behavior standards.
