1. Assist management with day-to-day team oversight.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.

7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.

11. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe's standards.
12. Maintain products efficiently, cleanly, and securely both front and back of house.
13. Support inventory management and ad hoc back of house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
