1. Assist management with the day-to-day oversight of the team.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Responsible for opening and closing the store when management is unavailable.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
6. Exemplify and communicate the brand's history and heritage to clients and team members.
7. Utilize product knowledge to effectively cross-sell and upsell.
8. Engage with clients to build long-lasting relationships.
9. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information using company tools.
10. Participate in visual merchandising in line with LOEWE’s standards.
11. Maintain product organization and cleanliness both front and back of house.
12. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back of house tasks.
13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

2. Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
3. Experience leading a diverse, dynamic team.

3. Effective communication skills.
4. Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
5. Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
6. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Minimum of 3 years in a similar retail role.
