1. Assist management with daily team oversight and operations.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of senior management.
3. Open and close the store when necessary.

7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.

10. Maintain and update client information.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
12. Ensure efficient, clean, and organized product management.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

4. Fluent in French and English.
