1. Assist management with day-to-day coordination of the team.
2. Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Responsible for opening and closing the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management with delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
6. Exemplify and share brand history and heritage with the team and clients.
7. Highlight product categories through product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
8. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
9. Develop and grow a client book, updating client information on relevant tools.
10. Participate in visual merchandising in accordance with LOEWE’s standards.
11. Maintain products in an efficient, clean, secure, and organized manner.
12. Support with inventory management and ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
13. Follow company policies and procedures, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Experience within a similar retail role.
2. Deep interest in fashion, art, and culture.
3. Experience working with and leading a diverse, dynamic team.

1. Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
2. Ability to lead and inspire the team to perform at their best.
3. Effective communication skills with the ability to build and maintain a client book.
4. Results-driven with a commercial mindset.
5. Fluent in English and Spanish.

Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar retail role.
