1. Assist management with day-to-day team management.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Oversee store opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives while providing exceptional customer service.
6. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
7. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
8. Engage with clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
9. Maintain and grow a client book, updating client information regularly.
10. Participate in visual merchandising according to LOEWE's standards.
11. Maintain products efficiently and securely, both front and back of house.
12. Support inventory management and other back of house tasks.
13. Adhere to company policies and grooming standards.
