1. Assist management in daily team oversight.
2. Act as Manager on Duty when management is absent.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management in training and coaching staff.
5. Achieve individual and team sales objectives.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Communicate brand history and heritage to team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with clients to build long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating information as needed.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to brand standards.
12. Maintain store organization and cleanliness, both front and back of house.
13. Support inventory management and back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.

1. Experience in a similar retail role.
2. Interest in fashion, art, and culture.
3. Experience leading a diverse team.
4. Fluency in English and Dutch.
