1. Assist management with the day-to-day oversight of the team.
2. Act as Manager on Duty in the absence of management.
3. Open and close the store in the absence of management.
4. Support management in delivering training and coaching to the team.
5. Achieve individual and team objectives through exceptional teamwork.
6. Provide outstanding customer service, exceeding client expectations.
7. Share brand history and heritage with team and clients.
8. Utilize product knowledge to cross-sell and upsell.
9. Engage with diverse clients to develop long-lasting relationships.
10. Develop and maintain a client book, updating client information regularly.
11. Participate in visual merchandising according to Loewe’s standards.
12. Maintain products in an organized manner, both front and back of house.
13. Support inventory management and perform ad hoc back-of-house tasks.
14. Adhere to company policies, including grooming and behavior standards.
