1. Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team, ensuring alignment with Loewe’s commercial objectives.
2. Foster a client-first mindset and lead the team to exceed sales goals through effective mentorship and coaching.
3. Enhance the client experience by implementing best practices and utilizing company tools to set high standards.
4. Assist in delivering local and regional CRM activations to build client retention.
5. Participate in interviewing and onboarding processes.
6. Achieve sales targets by managing individual client advisor performance and conducting regular performance reviews.
7. Stay informed on market trends and collaborate with regional teams to provide strategic feedback.
8. Participate actively in business reviews and store visits.
9. Manage store expenses, including payroll and inventory, in partnership with the Store Director.
10. Inspire team performance by modeling Loewe's values and supporting talent development initiatives.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role managing a team.
2. Proven track record in driving sales through strategic business decisions.

The compensation ranges from $25 to $28 per hour, dependent on skills and experience.
