- Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team, focusing on enhancing the client experience and achieving commercial objectives.
- Mentor and coach the sales team to exceed sales goals and build consensus.
- Implement best practices to elevate client service standards and utilize company tools effectively.
- Assist in executing local and regional CRM activations to enhance client retention.
- Participate in interviewing and onboarding processes.
- Achieve sales targets by managing individual client advisor performance and conducting performance reviews.
- Stay informed about competitor and market trends, providing feedback to regional teams.
- Participate in business reviews and store visits, maximizing business tools and reporting.
- Manage store expenses, including payroll and overtime, in collaboration with the Store Director.
- Inspire and develop internal talent, participating in the annual review process and talent development plans.
- Deputize for the Store Director when necessary and collaborate with the regional training manager to ensure training program completion.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a similar role.
- Proven track record in driving sales through strategic business decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and multitasking ability.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain business operations.
- Flexibility to work varied schedules to meet business needs.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on team management and sales strategy.
