1. Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team, ensuring alignment with Loewe's commercial objectives.
2. Foster a client-first mindset to enhance the client experience and drive sales.
3. Lead and mentor the sales team to exceed sales goals through effective coaching and performance reviews.
4. Collaborate with the Store Director to execute local and regional CRM activations to enhance client retention.
5. Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process for new hires.

7. Manage store operations, including inventory, health and safety compliance, and vendor relationships.
8. Participate actively in business reviews and store visits, providing insights and feedback.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in driving sales through strategic business decisions.
