- Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team, ensuring alignment with Loewe's commercial objectives.

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a similar role.

- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Ability to work flexibly to meet business demands.
- Proficiency in utilizing business tools such as NPS, Power BI, and My Loewe.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership role within the luxury retail sector.
