1. Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team on the sales floor, ensuring alignment with Loewe’s commercial goals.
2. Lead with a client-first mindset to enhance the client experience and exceed sales goals.
3. Build consensus among the sales team through mentorship and coaching.
4. Deliver local and regional CRM activations to build client retention.
5. Participate in interviewing and onboarding processes.
6. Achieve sales goals by managing individual client advisor performance and conducting monthly performance reviews.
7. Stay informed of competitor and market trends, providing feedback to regional commercial and merchandising teams.
8. Participate in 360 business reviews and store visits.
9. Manage controllable expenses, including payroll and overtime, in partnership with the Store Director.
10. Inspire performance by modeling Loewe values and developing internal talent.
11. Deputize for the Store Director in their absence.
12. Collaborate with the regional training manager to ensure completion of company-led programs.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a similar role.
2. Experience in driving sales through strategic business decisions.

4. Proficiency in utilizing business tools and reporting for performance elevation.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in team management and sales strategy within the luxury retail sector.
