1. Support the Store Director in managing the client advisor team, ensuring alignment with Loewe's commercial objectives.
2. Lead with a client-first mindset, fostering a best-in-class client experience and setting an example for the team.
3. Manage Health and Safety compliance in accordance with company policies and local legislation.
4. Oversee vendor and supplier relationships to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
5. Collaborate with the Store Director to strategize and improve operational efficiencies, utilizing inventories and audits.
6. Drive sales by managing individual client advisor performance and conducting monthly performance reviews.
7. Stay informed of competitor and market trends, providing feedback to regional teams to inform business strategies.
8. Participate actively in business reviews, store visits, and new hire onboarding.
9. Maximize the use of business tools and reporting to elevate performance and manage store expenses.
10. Inspire and develop internal talent, participating in the annual review process and talent development plans.

1. Minimum 2-3 years of experience managing a team in a similar role.
2. Proven track record in driving sales through strategic business decisions.
