Loewe Talent Development and HR Intern

- Support coordination and follow-up of Talent Development initiatives with the HR team.
- Assist in the preparation and deployment of learning and development activities.
- Contribute to career development and internal mobility initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and communication materials for Talent Development.
- Provide general support on regional and global HR projects.
- Organize trainings, workshops, and HR-related events.
- Support data collection, reporting, and presentation preparation for HR projects.
- Contribute to internal HR communications and recruitment coordination.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Eligibility for an internship in Spain with the ability to sign an internship agreement.
- Organized and detail-oriented approach.
- Motivated and eager to learn about HR and Talent Development.
- Clear and confident communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
- Fluency in English; Spanish and other languages are advantageous.
No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR principles is beneficial.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.
The internship offers a 6-12 month program with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
