1. Support coordination and follow-up of Talent Development initiatives with the HR team.
2. Assist in the preparation and deployment of learning and development activities.
3. Contribute to career development and internal mobility initiatives.
4. Prepare presentations and communication materials for Talent Development.
5. Provide general support on regional and global HR projects.
6. Organize trainings, workshops, and HR-related events.
7. Support data collection, reporting, and presentation preparation for HR projects.
8. Contribute to internal HR communications and recruitment coordination.

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Eligibility for an internship in Spain with the ability to sign an internship agreement.

1. Organized and detail-oriented approach.
2. Motivated and eager to learn about HR and Talent Development.
3. Clear and confident communication skills.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
5. Fluency in English; Spanish and other languages are advantageous.

No prior experience required, but a foundational understanding of HR principles is beneficial.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month.

The internship offers a 6-12 month program with hands-on experience, mentorship, and a collaborative work environment. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 9 am to 6:30 pm, and Fridays from 9 am to 3 pm.
