1. Manage internship requests, including reviewing job descriptions and posting positions.
2. Maintain recruitment data and records.
3. Establish and nurture relationships with universities to diversify the intern candidate pool.
4. Ensure comprehensive onboarding processes for interns, including completion of necessary paperwork.
5. Enhance the overall candidate experience.
6. Provide day-to-day support to interns.

1. Eligibility to sign an internship agreement (convenio de beca) with a university.
2. For EU citizens, possession of a student NIE; for non-EU citizens, a valid working permit.

1. Interest in fashion and culture with a career focus in Human Resources.
2. Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
3. Proficiency in both Spanish and English; additional languages are advantageous.
4. Competency in Microsoft Office applications.

No prior experience required; suitable for beginners.

Must be enrolled in a university program.

Study support valued at €800-900 gross per month, plus a daily lunch subsidy.
