1. Lead all phases of supply chain projects, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and timely closure.
2. Analyze existing processes to identify areas for optimization and lead initiatives for continuous improvement in supply chain processes.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Merchandising, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless project implementation.
4. Identify and assess potential risks to project success and develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans.
5. Act as the primary point of contact for designated projects, communicating project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
6. Mobilize and motivate project teams, ensuring effective communication across groups and departments.
7. Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and partners, overseeing performance and ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and timelines.

1. Minimum 5 years of experience in project management leadership within supply chain fields.
2. Experience in fashion and luxury industries is advantageous.
3. PMP certification or equivalent preferred; Six Sigma and Agile methodologies are a plus.

1. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
2. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools such as Anaplan, Power BI, and ERP.
3. Experience with SAP modules (MM, PP, SD, WM) is highly desirable.
4. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
5. Proficiency in MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams.

Minimum of 5 years in project management leadership within supply chain-related fields.

PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
