- Drive cross-functional projects to ensure alignment on key strategic actions across various domains, including retail and merchandising.
- Structure and manage content while effectively coordinating stakeholders, agendas, and priorities across multiple functions.
- Collaborate with teams to identify business opportunities and adapt strategic priorities and plans.
- Prepare and contribute to key strategic documents such as Strategic Plans and budgets.
- Lead strategic reviews of products, channels, or markets in collaboration with relevant business units.
- Translate market trends and corporate priorities into actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Promote and support project management practices among internal stakeholders.
- Evaluate and enhance tools and processes used for project management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Luxury Fashion.
- Experience in luxury fashion is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct complex numerical analysis and derive insights from diverse sources.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with experience collaborating with senior stakeholders in a multicultural environment.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with a top-down approach.
- Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of French or Spanish is advantageous.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Management Consulting or Luxury Fashion.
