Loewe Store Manager

1. Lead, coach and develop the store team through regular feedback, structured onboarding and individual development plans to secure talent pipeline and succession.
2. Role-model exemplary client engagement and the selling ceremony; manage customer flow to ensure every client receives attentive, bespoke service.
3. Set and deliver sales targets by identifying commercial opportunities, implementing actionable plans and maximising category performance.
4. Grow and maintain a high-quality client database; drive after-sales excellence and long-term client loyalty.
5. Oversee daily store operations including inventory accuracy, adoption of retail tools, health & safety compliance, facilities and grooming standards.
6. Represent the brand locally through networking and event participation; monitor market trends and share actionable insights with stakeholders.

1. Minimum 5 years' progressive retail experience with proven success leading diverse teams in a luxury fashion or premium retail environment.
2. Fluency in English and French, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Demonstrable commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and developing category strategies.
4. Strong leadership presence: empathetic, curious, coach-oriented and capable of motivating a high-performing team.
5. Client-centric mindset with deep knowledge of product, after-sales service and high-touch relationship building.
6. Ability to recruit, onboard and retain talent and to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.
