Loewe Store Manager

- Cultivate and develop the store team through regular coaching and feedback, identifying strengths and areas for development to create individual growth plans.
- Recruit and nurture talent, ensuring robust succession planning.

- Adhere to Health & Safety standards and maintain store facilities.
- Collaborate effectively between front and back of house teams.
- Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
- Strong commercial acumen with a creative and agile approach to solution development.
- Passionate and knowledgeable about fashion, art, and culture.
- Client-centric mindset with a passion for exceeding expectations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy and curiosity to listen and understand.
- Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Minimum of 5 years in a similar role within the luxury fashion industry.
