1. Drive business growth through sales support and operational policy implementation.
2. Lead and mentor sales associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.

5. Oversee daily reporting and analysis.
6. Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
7. Provide training and development for staff.

1. 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
2. Proficient in digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.

4. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.

Minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail environment.
