1. Drive business through sales support, operational policy implementation, training, and stock management.
2. Lead with exceptional customer service, empowering associates to enhance the customer experience.
3. Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives, applying retail excellence.
4. Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
5. Manage clienteling efforts, including effective use of client books for client acquisition and retention.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
7. Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
8. Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met and maintained.
9. Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
10. Assist in recruitment and development of associates, sharing responsibilities for the store's P&L.
11. Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.

1. 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
2. Proficient digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.

2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
4. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
5. Foreign languages a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury setting is required, with experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.

College degree or equivalent experience.
