Loewe Store Director

- Drive business through sales support, operational policy implementation, training, and stock management.
- Lead with exceptional customer service, empowering associates to enhance the customer experience.
- Develop and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives, applying retail excellence.
- Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts, including effective use of client books for client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
- Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met and maintained.
- Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
- Assist in recruitment and development of associates, sharing responsibilities for the store's P&L.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
- Proficient digital literacy.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
- Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
- Foreign languages a plus.
A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury setting is required, with experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
College degree or equivalent experience.
