1. Drive business through sales support and operational policy implementation.
2. Lead and train associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
3. Engage actively on the selling floor, providing coaching and mentoring.
4. Manage clienteling efforts to acquire and retain clients.
5. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
6. Perform daily reporting and analysis.
7. Maintain store visual merchandising standards.
8. Mentor sales associates and provide feedback.
9. Assist in recruitment and development of associates.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates.

1. 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury setting.
2. Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.

1. Proficient digital literacy.
2. Strong oral and written communication skills.
3. Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
4. Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
5. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
6. Foreign languages a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail environment is required, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.

College degree or equivalent experience.
