Loewe Store Director

- Lead and develop the store team through regular coaching and feedback, identifying strengths and development opportunities.
- Recruit, develop, and retain talent, ensuring effective succession planning.
- Inspire and manage the team to drive business growth and foster a positive, motivating environment.
- Organize team and shop floor coverage to meet dynamic business needs.
- Provide onboarding support to new employees, ensuring positive integration.
- Communicate company messages with passion during briefings and meetings.
- Role model client engagement, coaching the team on the selling ceremony.
- Manage customer flow to ensure high service levels and client satisfaction.
- Cultivate a client-centric mindset, focusing on exceeding expectations.
- Expand the client database by optimizing data quality and quantity.
- Train the team on after-sales knowledge and client service.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to grow sales.
- Implement action plans aligned with company objectives.
- Focus on category development, collaborating with relevant functions.
- Act as a brand promoter, enhancing brand awareness through local activities.
- Build a collaborative network with internal and external market peers.
- Monitor business performance and develop necessary actions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and procedures.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage inventory effectively.
- Ensure store processes provide best-in-class client experience.
- Adhere to Health & Safety standards and maintain store facilities.
- Proven experience leading diverse teams in a similar environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, valuing diversity.
- Empathetic leadership with a curiosity to understand.
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and solution development skills.
- Passion for the product and industry knowledge.
