1. Lead and develop the store team through regular coaching, feedback, and individual development plans.
2. Recruit, manage, and inspire talent to drive business growth and create innovative solutions.
3. Ensure effective team and shop floor coverage to meet business needs.
4. Foster a client-centric environment, exceeding client expectations and enhancing customer experience.
5. Develop and implement action plans to grow store sales and maximize category potential.
6. Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Loewe through local activities and networking.
7. Maintain inventory accuracy and ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.
8. Oversee store operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards and maintaining store facilities.

1. Proven experience in a similar environment leading diverse teams to success.
2. Strong commercial acumen and ability to develop creative solutions.
3. Fluency in English and French; additional languages are a plus.
