1. Lead and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring retail excellence.
2. Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to sales associates.
3. Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
5. Manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
6. Conduct daily reporting and analysis as required.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support the Visual Merchandising Manager with necessary changes.
8. Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
9. Assist in recruitment and development of store associates.
10. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
11. Share responsibility for the store's profit and loss management.

1. 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Foreign language skills are advantageous.
5. Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills.
6. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is preferred.
7. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
8. Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
9. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury setting, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $170,000, dependent on skills and experience.
