Loewe Store Director

- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed sales objectives, ensuring retail excellence.
- Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to sales associates.
- Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
- Manage and resolve customer issues, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
- Conduct daily reporting and analysis as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and support the Visual Merchandising Manager with necessary changes.
- Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
- Assist in recruitment and development of store associates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
- Share responsibility for the store's profit and loss management.
- 5+ years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in digital literacy.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Foreign language skills are advantageous.
- Strong leadership abilities and team-building skills.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market is preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.

The annual salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $170,000, dependent on skills and experience.
