1. Lead and develop store associates to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining retail excellence.
2. Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
3. Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
5. Manage customer service standards, addressing and resolving customer issues.
6. Conduct daily reporting and analysis as required.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
8. Identify training needs and assist in staff recruitment and development.
9. Share responsibility for the store's P&L, inventory accuracy, and shrink rates.

1. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
4. Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
5. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is highly preferred.

A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail setting is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
