Loewe Store Director

- Lead and develop store associates to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining retail excellence.
- Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
- Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures.
- Manage customer service standards, addressing and resolving customer issues.
- Conduct daily reporting and analysis as required.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising Manager.
- Identify training needs and assist in staff recruitment and development.
- Share responsibility for the store's P&L, inventory accuracy, and shrink rates.
- Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written.
- Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
- Customer-focused with a strong service orientation.
A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail setting is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
