1. Drive business growth through effective sales support and operational policy implementation.
2. Lead and mentor sales associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
3. Manage clienteling efforts to enhance client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
5. Oversee visual merchandising to align with brand standards and drive sales.
6. Conduct daily reporting and analysis to inform business decisions.
7. Facilitate staff training and development to enhance team performance.
8. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting.
2. College degree or equivalent experience.
3. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is strongly preferred.
4. Proficient digital literacy.

3. Ability to mediate and resolve customer issues effectively.
4. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus.

A minimum of 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail environment is required. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is strongly preferred.

College degree or equivalent experience.
