1. Develop and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives through retail excellence.
2. Lead by example on the selling floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
3. Manage clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures as outlined in the Retail Handbook.
5. Facilitate solutions to customer issues and handle escalated complaints directly.
6. Maintain store visual merchandising standards and support necessary changes to enhance sales.
7. Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
8. Assist in recruitment and development of store associates.
9. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting.
2. College degree or equivalent experience.
3. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is strongly preferred.
4. Proficient digital literacy.
5. Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
7. Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
8. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.

Candidates must possess a minimum of 5 years of store management experience within a luxury retail environment, with a preference for experience in the Beverly Hills market.
