- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor and mentor the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts, including client acquisition and retention.
- Meet business goals as defined by management.
- Support the sales process and handle customer issues.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis.
- Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met.
- Support visual merchandising changes to drive sales.
- Mentor sales associates and provide training.
- Assist in recruitment and development of associates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates.
- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred
- Proficient digital literacy
- Foreign languages a plus
- Ability to empower others and build effective teams
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills
Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
College degree or equivalent experience
