Loewe Store Director

- Lead and develop store associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives through retail excellence.
- Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
- Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures as outlined in the Retail Handbook.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis to inform business strategies.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager on necessary changes.
- Mentor sales associates, providing feedback and training to enhance performance.
- Share responsibility for the store's P&L, maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
- Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
- Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and build effective teams.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated customer service orientation and focus.
A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail setting is required.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
