Loewe Store Director

1. Lead and develop store associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives through retail excellence.
2. Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
3. Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures as outlined in the Retail Handbook.
5. Perform daily reporting and analysis to inform business strategies.
6. Maintain store visual merchandising standards and collaborate with the Visual Merchandising Manager on necessary changes.
7. Mentor sales associates, providing feedback and training to enhance performance.
8. Share responsibility for the store's P&L, maintaining inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Proficient in digital tools and platforms.
3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
4. Proficiency in foreign languages is advantageous.
5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower and build effective teams.

A minimum of 5 years in store management within a luxury retail setting is required.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
