1. Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining retail excellence.
2. Lead by example on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
3. Manage clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Meet business goals as defined by management, including category and consignment targets.
5. Support the sales process and resolve customer issues effectively.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
7. Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
8. Maintain store visual merchandising standards and support changes in the visual environment.
9. Mentor sales associates and assist in recruitment and development efforts.
10. Identify training needs and implement regular category meetings.
11. Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
2. Proficient digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
7. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
