Loewe Store Director

- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives while maintaining retail excellence.
- Lead by example on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to the sales team.
- Manage clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Meet business goals as defined by management, including category and consignment targets.
- Support the sales process and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and support changes in the visual environment.
- Mentor sales associates and assist in recruitment and development efforts.
- Identify training needs and implement regular category meetings.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and manage shrink rates within company standards.
- Minimum 5 years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
- Proficient digital literacy.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
