1. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets while maintaining retail excellence.
2. Actively engage on the sales floor, providing coaching and mentorship to sales associates.
3. Oversee clienteling efforts, utilizing client books for new client acquisition and retention.
4. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures, maintaining the highest level of customer service.
5. Execute operational procedures as outlined in the Retail Handbook.
6. Perform daily reporting and analysis as required.
7. Maintain visual merchandising standards and support the Visual Merchandising Manager in implementing changes.
8. Mentor sales associates, providing clear feedback and identifying training needs.
9. Collaborate with the Store Manager on recruitment and development of staff.
10. Manage inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.

1. Minimum of 5 years of store management experience in a luxury setting.
2. Proficient in digital literacy.
3. College degree or equivalent experience.
4. Experience in the Beverly Hills market is strongly preferred.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Ability to mediate and resolve issues effectively.
7. Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
